It may be different at Liverpool.So many factors go into choosing a new manager, and if FSG feel Glasner is the right fit to succeed Slot, then it seems unlikely that a potential tactical clash would not stop them from hiring him.Instead, we’d argue that Glasner would not be top of Liverpool’s list regardless of what style of football he prefers to coach.There are better candidates out there, but first and foremost, faith is going to be put in Slot to turn things around.
