After securing the signing of Milos Kerkez on Thursday, Liverpool are set to turn their attention to outgoings in the summer transfer market.
The Reds have a number of potential candidates to sell, with rumours continuing to rumble over the likes of Luis Diaz.
Diaz has regularly been linked with an exit over the past 12 months, and as Liverpool look to recoup some of their heavy transfer spend, the Colombian could be one of those heading for the chop.
Reports have suggested that Bayern Munich are the latest to show interest in Diaz and the 28-year-old would not be short of suitors if a departure is firmed up.
However, as long as Diaz remains at Liverpool there is still hope that he could sign a new contract and stay with the Reds.
Unfortunately, after the latest noises coming from within Diaz’s camp, that wish appears to be getting further and further away.

After scoring 13 goals on the way to winning the Premier League with Liverpool, it had appeared possible that Diaz was in line for a new contract at Anfield.
His current deal expires in 2027 and having been on the same deal since his arrival three-and-a-half years ago, Diaz is inarguably due a bump in pay.

Bizarrely, though, the public indications from Liverpool have been that the No.
7 will not be handed a new deal, but is also not actively on the market.
According to Colombian journalist Pipe Sierra, this has ‘upset’ Diaz and his representatives who are not happy with the decision of sporting director Richard Hughes.

“Luis Diaz and his entourage are upset with Liverpool’s stance,” Sierra posts on X.
“They feel the club has gone back on their word (once again with the player).
“Something similar happened before with his contract renewal and now with the possibility of a transfer.”
Sierra’s update set the cat amongst the pigeons on Thursday evening, forcing renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano to weigh in on the situation.
“On Luis Diaz I maintain my information since April,” Romano told his YouTube channel on Thursday night.
“He is a target for Al Nassr.”
“They want to sign a winger and Diaz is a dream target for them.
But let’s see what he wants to do, if he wants to stay, go, accept the crazy money in Saudi or maybe hope for a solution in Europe.
“At the moment there is still no agreement with Liverpool over a new contract but it has to be a big proposal or they are not opening the doors.”
With the relationship with Diaz beginning to strain, it feels as if this saga is sadly now only heading one way.
