November brings new opportunities across two competitions for the Reds to get back on track, but their fixtures are not without their challenges. November 1 – Aston Villa (H) The month kicks off with a must-win against Unai Emery’s side, who arrive at Anfield with six wins from their last seven.

For the fifth time in six seasons, the Reds face the Spanish side in European competition – and yet some sought to claim they were not a rival for Liverpool on the continent… November 9 – Man City (A) A trip to the Etihad Stadium is the final fixture before the last international break of 2025, with Pep Guardiola’s side now boasting Pep Lijnders as one of their assistant coaches. Slot’s side enjoyed a 2-0 win in the corresponding fixture last season, but the Reds will need to rediscover their form, and quick, if they are to get a similar result this time out.

November 22 – Nottingham Forest (H) Thankfully, Liverpool return from the break with a home match against Nottingham Forest, who now boast Sean Dyche as their manager. November 26 – PSV (H) For the second season running, Liverpool face PSV in the Champions League, only this time the match will be played at Anfield.
