Liverpool have had most of their first-team squad on international duty over the last week or so.
Indeed, several members of Liverpool’s first-team squad have been in fine form already, but for some of the new arrivals, the international break has likely stopped them from developing some much-needed chemistry with their teammates.

And, although things may be going well domestically for Liverpool, some players haven’t had the best of times while on international duty this week.
One of the most entertaining games of the international break was Tuesday’s clash between Portugal and Hungary.
The two teams are both fighting for World Cup qualification, with Tuesday’s clash likely to be a turning point in the hopes of qualification for both countries.
One thing is for sure, however, with the form that the Hungary international is in at the moment, he can’t be left on the bench, even if Mac Allister and Wirtz are fit and ready to play.
