The agent of reported Liverpool transfer target has confirmed that his client will leave Inter Milan. Skriniar’s contract in Milan is set to expire at the end of the season. As a key player, the Italians had hoped to convince him to sign an extension.
“The truth is that the decision to put Milan Skriniar on the transfer market was taken by Inter over the summer, not by the player,” Sistici explained. “It was a decision from the club that led to negotiations between Inter and PSG, which obviously we were informed of.
Asked whether he and Skriniar were indeed talking to other clubs, Sistici confirmed that this was now the case.
As is always the case with high-profile free agents though, the Inter man would surely command a higher than usual weekly wage.
