Liverpool are odds-on favourites to sign Alexander Isak after he told Newcastle United he is thinking about leaving the club this summer.

The Reds have been long-term admirers of the Sweden international and could make a move for the player soon.

On Thursday, it emerged that Isak had been left out of the Newcastle squad for their tour of Singapore and South Korea as he continues to recover from a minor thigh injury.



The Daily Mail also reported that Isak has informed Newcastle of his desire to explore a new challenge away from the North East

He has also been linked with a move to the Middle East, with any Saudi Arabian club the third favourite for his signature.

Moves to Premier League rivals Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, and Arsenal are much bigger prices.
