Fresh reports today from the Daily Star claim that Klopp is reviving his interest in long-term transfer target Adama Traore who could leave Molineux this summer.

Jurgen Klopp famously declared Adama Traore to be “unplayable” at times but is that enough for the Liverpool manager to make a move for the Wolverhampton Wanderers man?

Liverpool have been linked with a potential big money transfer for the Spain international in the past but despite plenty of chatter, a switch to Anfield has never looked particularly close to actually being on the cards.

Despite the Reds triumphing narrowly on the night, 2-1 at Molineux, with Roberto Firmino’s late goal delivering a 22 nd win in 23 games en route to their first League Championship in 30 years, Klopp waxed lyrical about the threat presented by Traore, proclaiming: “He is unplayable in moments, it’s unbelievable.

“What a player – it’s not only him but he’s so good.” Captain Jordan Henderson echoed his manager’s sentiments, adding: “Adama is very tough, strong, powerful, quick.

Klopp emphasised his opponent was unplayable in moments.

Perhaps it depends on what Traore himself would be willing to accept because, like Shaqiri, if he did sign for Liverpool, his role would seem likely to be that of an impact squad player rather than as one of Klopp’s main men.
