Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer believes there's 'no chance' Alexander Isak will leave the club this summer amid interest from Liverpool.
With the summer transfer window set to close on September 1, Liverpool continue to be linked with potential new signings.
The ECHO reported earlier this month that Liverpool are huge fans of Isak as they continue to be linked with signing a new centre forward, although a deal seems unlikely.
Newcastle are reportedly demanding over £150m, with Isak still having three years left on his contract.

Magpies CEO Darren Eales has already warned it would be 'crazy' for them to consider selling such a key player and Shearer has echoed the same opinion.
During an episode of the Rest is Football podcast, Gary Lineker cheekily suggested that Isak would soon be spearheading Liverpool’s revamped attack, alongside Florian Wirtz and Golden Boot winner Mohamed Salah.
Shearer promptly responded by raising both middle fingers at Lineker, firmly declaring: "No chance!"
Magpies boss Eddie Howe, meanwhile, is not distracted by the rumours, having stressed last month that his talisman was 'not for sale.'
"Naturally, I’m not absorbed in the transfer rumours," Howe said
"I don’t go on websites and flick through them and see what’s happening this week.
"But, obviously, it gets back and it is a frustration because I don’t see why our players are getting linked here, there and everywhere with other clubs
So, yeah, it’s a source of frustration, but I don’t let it absorb me, really."
Elsewhere, The Telegraph have reported that Liverpool are yet to make any approach to the Magpies about the potential to sign Isak.
Since completing his club-record move to Newcastle in 2022, Isak has scored 62 goals in 109 games.
