Alejandro Garnacho has sent yet another strong message to Manchester United as he seeks an exit from the club this summer.
The Argentine has been regarded as one of the game’s most exciting talents since his breakthrough at Old Trafford during the 2021/22 season.
Since then, Garnacho has registered 26 goals and 22 assists in 144 appearances across all competitions.
However, this summer has been dominated by rumours that Garnacho will leave United, with the player understood to be desperate for an escape.

Despite already signing Jamie Gittens and Estevao this summer, Chelsea have been most heavily linked with Garnacho — while Aston Villa are also understood to hold an interest.
The wingers’ suitors will be on high alert now, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that Garnacho has informed United to ‘arrange his departure to Chelsea’, otherwise he will be satisfied to warm the bench at Old Trafford for the next six to 12 months (Daily Mail, 11 August).
This comes off the back of Garnacho posting a picture of himself to Instagram with his head in his hands at the gym, with an hourglass emoji as the only caption.

The 21-year-old notched 11 goals and 10 assists in 58 appearances across all competitions last season but has now seen his price dip below the £50million mark.
Football Insider verdict
If he didn’t know already, the end of last season will have made Ruben Amorim painfully aware of the job he has on his hands at Manchester United — finishing 15th in the Premier League and losing the Europa League final to Tottenham.
However, this summer so far can only be described as positive.
The Red Devils have revamped their forward line with the high-profile signings of Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha.
That should breathe new life into a side that scored just 44 Premier League goals last season, while signings of this nature can go a long way toward improving the morale of supporters and players.
To that end, the next step for Amorim is getting rid of more of United’s wantaway stars.
Marcus Rashford has already moved to Barcelona on loan, and he could soon be joined through the exit door by the likes of Garnacho, Rasmus Hojlund and Jadon Sancho.
This should all serve to clear the atmosphere around the United camp, allowing Amorim and his remaining players to focus on getting the club back on track.
