Alejandro Garnacho has shared an update from the Chelsea training ground after joining the West London club from Manchester United.
Having fallen out of favour at Old Trafford, Garnacho left Man United to move to Chelsea, where he will hope to earn regular game time.
The winger has not featured in a competitive match since Ruben Amorim’s side were beaten 1-0 by Tottenham in May’s Europa League final.
Meanwhile, Chelsea’s 2-0 win over Fulham on Saturday, 30 August, sees Enzo Maresca’s men sitting second in the Premier League table during the first international break of the season.

In addition to acquiring Garnacho, Chelsea completed a late move to sign Facundo Buonanotte from Brighton.
The 20-year-old scored five goals and produced two assists in the Premier League when he was on loan with Leicester City last season.
Meanwhile, after Garnacho joined Chelsea from Man United, the Argentina international delivered a motivational message from the West Londoners’ training ground on Tuesday, 2 September.

Garnacho’s move to Stamford Bridge should help him get his career on track after he fell out with Man United boss Amorim.

Furthermore, Amorim’s wingback system did not suit a traditional wideman such as the Argentine, while Marcus Rashford and Antony also left the North West for similar reasons.
However, as alluded to by his Instagram story, Garnacho has to work hard to earn regular game time at Chelsea, thanks to Maresca’s admirable strength in depth.
The Stamford Bridge outfit boast talented wingers like Pedro Neto as well as summer signings Jamie Gittens and Estevao, while talisman Cole Palmer is also deployed out wide regularly.
If Garnacho can nail down a starting spot for Maresca’s side, he could be a real asset for Chelsea, having notched 11 goals and 10 assists across all competitions for Man United last season.
The winger has plenty of opportunities to prove his worth this month, as Maresca’s men face upcoming clashes with Bayern Munich in the Champions League and Man United in the Premier League.
