Liverpool are expected to focus on signing a new striker this summer, with Alexander Isak top of the shortlist.

The Reds have already spent upwards of £210million, including the club-record-smashing £116m arrival of Florian Wirtz and the £40m spent on Milos Kerkez.

According to The Athletic, Liverpool have made an approach to sign Isak from Newcastle United.
