Liverpool players have rallied around team-mate Giovanni Leoni following confirmation he has suffered a serious knee injury.
After the news broke, the 18 year old turned to social media to issue a statement.
"I want to sincerely thank every single person who has shown me support in this difficult moment," he posted on Instagram.

Liverpool team-mates flooded the comments to offer their backing to the youngster.
Fellow summer arrival Florian Wirtz posted: "You'll come back stronger," accompanied by a 100 and red heart emoji.
Alexander Isak, who netted his first Reds goal in the same game, replied with a red heart and bicep emoji.
Jayden Danns, Conor Bradley, Ibrahim Konate, Andy Robertson, Stefan Bajcetic and Liverpool's official account also shared red heart emojis.
