The 25-year-old was a surprise inclusion in his squad for their forthcoming internationals against Slovenia and Kosovo despite not playing a competitive minute for Newcastle United, so far this term.

However, the Magpies hierarchy have stood firm on their stance that he was not for sale - rejecting a £110million approach from Arne Slot's side.
After missing their pre-season tour of the Far East, Isak was forced to train on his own after Eddie Howe returned to Tyneside.

Isak was a notable omission from the Newcastle squad that suffered a dramatic 3-2 defeat at home to Liverpool.
The forward also missed the opener against Aston Villa after maintaining his desire to leave the club.

"I have spoken to him several times; mentally, he is strong.
