Alexander Isak trains with Sweden(Image: AP)Newcastle United received a parting blow from Alexander Isak's agent after his £125m switch to Liverpool.
Isak, 25, had been adamant throughout the summer that he had played his final game for the Magpies and was determined to force through a big-money move to the Premier League champions.
Following a frantic end to the transfer window, Isak finally got his wish as his move was confirmed late on deadline day.
The Sweden international has penned a six-year contract with the Reds.
After his transfer from St James' Park to Anfield, agent Vlado Lemic has found himself in high demand, but when Jim White invited him on talkSPORT to discuss the controversial move that secured Isak his lucrative switch, the Croatian remarked: "It's nice when you have someone to be with, but it's even nicer when you know who you'll never be with again."

Whilst Isak failed to make any mention of Newcastle or acknowledge anyone from St James' Park, his Universal Twenty Two agency posted twice on Instagram.
The first post was titled: "Unforgetable in black and white, unstoppable in what's next."
This post featured a video montage of Isak's finest goals and highlights for Newcastle, including lifting the Carabao Cup.
The second was a slideshow of Isak's accomplishments called: "The Newcastle chapter."
This highlighted milestones including becoming the quickest player to net 50 Premier League goals, an eight-match scoring run, five straight away games finding the net, and his selection in the PFA Team of the Year.
Shortly after his departure, Newcastle a statement which said: "Newcastle United can announce the sale of striker Alexander Isak to Liverpool for a significant British record transfer fee.
The Sweden international joined the Magpies from Real Sociedad in 2022 and made 109 appearances in all competitions."
Isak himself opened up on his move and expressed his delight to be joining Arne Slot's side.
He told Liverpoolfc.com: "I feel amazing.
I’m a striker but I always want to give as much as possible to the team, mainly goals but much more than that as well.
"I want to win everything.
Yeah, [as simple as that]."
Isak added: "Me getting the chance to be a part of this, I want to create history.
