Alexis Mac Allister admits he has realised his boyhood dream with Liverpool during a year that has surpassed anything he had envisaged.

Mac Allister struck a stunning goal to put the Reds ahead as they came from behind to thrash Tottenham Hotspur 5-1 at Anfield on Sunday afternoon to clinch the Premier League title.

Having arrived from Brighton for a bargain £35million in June 2023, the Argentina World Cup winner has been one of Liverpool's outstanding performers this season and has appeared in all bar one of their 34 top-flight games, starting 30 of them.

And on an emotional social media post, Mac Allister has detailed the journey that has taken him to the summit with the Reds.
