Liverpool star Alexis Mac Allister broke down in tears after winning the Premier League title.
And after the full-time whistle, the former Brighton man had an incredibly humble reaction to his achievement.
According to ex-Liverpool star Stephen Warnock, Mac Allister was sat on the bench on his own and broke into tears - a notable reaction given he had already won a World Cup title in his career.
Speaking to Sky Sports after Liverpool ’s latest success, he said: "To win a World Cup and now a Premier League is something really special.
Hopefully we can enjoy this week.”

Asked if the goal was the most memorable of his career, he added: “It was really good.
I don’t think I’m going to score that one again but I think the same against Fulham, when I score a good goal, a similar one so it wasn’t bad.”

Mac Allister, 26, signed for Liverpool from Brighton in the summer of 2023 for £35m and he has gone on to score 14 goals in 93 appearances in all competitions.
