Anass Salah-Eddine of Roma
Rangers have reportedly revived their interest in Roma left-back Anass Salah-Eddine this summer.
The Scottish Premiership side previously showed an interest in taking the 23-year-old on last summer- before he made his move to Twente permanent last summer.
But Rangers could be in the market for a left back against with Ridvan Yilmaz looking increasingly likely to leave the club alongside Jefte.
The Brazilian is on the verge of a £6million move home to Palmeiras, and while Jayden Meghoma has arrived on loan from Brentford to cover the departure Russell Martin appears to be looking to add more depth.
Il Messaggero report that Elche and the Glasgow giants are among the suitors who are ready to make contact with the Serie A side.
Salah-Eddine was only signed by the Italian giants in January for €8.5m plus a further €2m in potential add-ons but has failed to impress impress new coach Gian Piero Gasperini in pre-season.

Il Tempo report he has been told to find himself another club before the end of the window and has brutally been frozen out of the first team picture.
However, it is claimed Roma will want assurances from potential suitors that include a future payday.
The club are said to only be willing to listen to offers to take the left-back permanently or a loan with option to buy.
However, earlier this summer the player's agent insisted he was keen to stay and fight for a spot at Roma: “Anass is happy in Roma and highly motivated and looking forward to the start of the season under Gasperini”.
