Andy Robertson has provided another tribute to Diogo Jota following the tragic passing of his Liverpool teammate.

Jota and his brother, Andre Silva, both died in a road traffic accident in the Zamora region of Spain last Thursday (July 3).

Jota and Silva's funeral was held in their hometown of Gondomar in Portugal over the weekend, where a large number of the Liverpool squad and many members of staff were in attendance to pay their respects.

Robertson was one of the members of the Reds squad to attend the funeral and has now paid his respects at Anfield with a tribute to Jota.

On Tuesday, Liverpool posted photos which showed Robertson attending the floral memorial outside Anfield.

The Reds' left-back placed flowers outside the stadium to pay tribute to Jota.

Robertson's tribute comes a day after Liverpool aired an hour-long tribute show to honour Jota on LFCTV.

The show was broadcast outside Anfield, where thousands of flowers and other items had been left to pay tribute to Jota over the last few days.

The latest tribute from Robertson also comes after the Liverpool defender wrote an emotional message in Jota's memory last week.

"The ones I’m thinking about most right now are the family.

"I’m so sorry that they have lost two such precious souls – Diogo and Andre.

"For the team and the Club, we’ll try to cope with this together… however long that takes.
