Andy Robertson could be set for an awkward reunion with Diego Simeone, should the Atletico Madrid manager remember the comments made by his new transfer target back in 2020 after a Champions League game.

The Scottish left-back has unexpectedly become a summer target for Atletico, with only one year remaining on his contract at Liverpool.
