Antonee Robinson has sent a poignant message to a close teammate after Fulham confirm the exit of an integral player.
It has been a mixed start for both the American and Fulham as they remain winless in the league after two draws to Brighton and Man United.
On both occasions, the Cottagers came back from a 1-0 deficit as expected-to-sign-a-new-contract Rodrigo Muniz leads the way as the club’s top scorer so far.
For Robinson, he missed out on the opening game of the season after having no action during pre-season due to niggling injuries.
However, he played for the London side against the Red Devils but will now have to prepare to play his football without former United player Andreas Pereira.

Football Insider verdict
The South American was dearly beloved by the Fulham fans with his departure a necessary, but still a emotional one to comprehend.
Pereira was a mainstay in Marco Silva’s midfield for three seasons, playing in every Premier League game he could when he was available.
The number 18 notched 10 goals during his time at Craven Cottage, bagging 19 assists along the way thanks to his wonderful creative touch.

However, his exit does allow the next generation of players to breakthrough for the Cottagers with young Joshua King stepping up to the first team this season.
The 18-year-old has started both games in the Premier League so far and will be looking to hold down the number 10 spot, especially given the lack of transfer activity for Silva.
The number 24 featured eight times in the league last campaign and will be hoping to have a much bigger impact in 2025-26.
