If former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is anything, it is brutally honest.
And former Reds defender Ragnar Klavan got a reminder as the pair recently reunited.
Over nine years as Reds boss, Klopp cemented his place in the club's history as a legend.
Meanwhile, Klavan – a £4.2m defensive signing during the German's first summer transfer window at the club – is a cult hero for the way he performed for the Anfield club.
Now the Estonian, 39, is retired from the sport and is on the campaign trail to become the next head of his home country's football association.

In aid of that, Klopp sat down with his former player for an interview in which they discussed a variety of compelling on-field and off-field issues within football, with Klavan seeking to elevate the game in his homeland.
And at the end of the video uploaded to YouTube, the former defender presented a gift to his former boss - a custom-made 'Team Klavan' jersey with Klopp's name and 'football is for everyone' the message on the reverse.

"Two things: it is fine," the 57-year-old pointed out first, before adding, "But this is Schalke blue – are you kidding me?!"
German side Schalke are, of course, fierce rivals of another of Klopp's former clubs, Borussia Dortmund.
Explaining his decision to stand for election, Klavan recently told Forbes: "It is a strange moment when you stop playing.
