Talented Hungary U21 goalkeeper Armin Pecsi became the second Liverpool signing of the summer after the Netherlands wing-back Jeremie Frimpong when he signed from Puskas Akademia.

Liverpool.com understands that Pecsi will initially play for the Reds' U21s side, who are now searching for a new head coach after Barry Lewtas stepped down, while benefiting from training with Alisson Becker and Giorgi Mamardashvili during the week.

The fee is understood to be up to around $2.0 million (£1.5 million).

And Pecsi has since outlined what Liverpool pitched to him before the transfer was completed.
