Harvey Elliott has reaffirmed his position as an elite Premier League talent following his displays at this summer’s Under-21 European Championships.

The Liverpool midfielder netted five goals in six matches, including four across the three knockout games, and was named Player of the Tournament in Slovakia.

Obviously, that leads to the inevitable questions of what comes next for precocious talent at club level.

Elliott started as many games for England’s underage team this summer as he did during the entirety of the 2024/25 season for Liverpool.
