Santiago Gimenez has made the switch to Serie A giants AC Milan in a swoop estimated to be around the $37m/£30m mark.
The striker lit up the Eredivisie stage under manager Arne Slot, netting 23 goals in the title-winning 2022-23 season and another 26 goals the following term.

Gimenez also won three trophies with Slot, including lifting the Dutch Cup last campaign.
Earlier in the year, the forward hinted he could link up with Slot again but this time at Anfield, sparking rumours of a Premier League reunion.
"Football is always about the same familiar faces and that is the beauty of football; leaving a mark, friendships all over the world, to meet again, greet each other and see each other again," he shared with Fox Sports Mexico when questioned about Slot.
"Since I was a child, I always wanted to be in one of the five best leagues in the world," he said.
I don't have a preference for any of them and I would like to play in all of them, why not?"
Gimenez later revealed that he spoke to Slot after being approached about a move to Forest
