Liverpool head coach Arne Slot has admitted that Federico Chiesa has deserved more minutes this season, a year on from the Italian forward arriving from Juventus on a cut-price deal worth around $13 million (£10 million).

Chiesa has made just 13 appearances totaling little more than 400 minutes so far under Slot.
