Liverpool have sold well this summer and Arne Slot believes they could easily make plenty more money in the future.
The Reds had a sensational summer in terms of the transfers they made, both in terms of incomings and outgoings.
However, their excellent pieces of business have not exactly translated into good performances, although they, somehow, still have 12 points from a possible 12.
One of the reasons for this could be the pressure on their shoulders, with many rival fans quick to point out how much money they have spent, especially when spending over £100m on two separate players.
This is something Arne Slot mentioned during his press conference, and the Dutchman admitted that he thinks they already have players at the club who would demand similar transfer fees.

One player who has been under the spotlight a lot at the beginning of the new campaign has been Florian Wirtz, with this all being down to how much he cost Liverpool this summer.
However, the German has not done as badly as perhaps the media has painted him out to be, with Slot pleased with his contributions so far.
And, in his press conference ahead of the Atletico Madrid game, he was quick to back the 22-year-old, even believing that Szoboszlai would cost just as much as he did.

“There is so much focus on the new signings especially the pundits who prefer other teams who cannot stop talking about £450m I repeat £450m I repeat £450m!” Slot said in his press conference.

“And these players are indeed a lot of money, but they are now playing with players now who are worth the same amount of money.
If we sold Dominik Szoboszlai tomorrow he would be worth £100m as well.”
Szoboszlai’s place in the team was under threat after the arrival of Wirtz, but as seen from his performances at right-back, he is more than capable of playing anywhere, hence why he has played so many minutes already.
When both Conor Bradley and Jeremie Frimpong were injured, Liverpool fans were a little worried about how they would cope.
What made matters worse is that they had two tough fixtures without them, these being Newcastle and Arsenal.
However, Szoboszlai stepped up when his team needed him the most and has been one of the most important players in the side.
This is not only defensively, but in attacking areas too, as when he has played in midfield, like he did against Burnley, he looked a threat.
The Hungarian will likely play against Atletico Madrid on Wednesday, too, and it would be no surprise to see him play a starring role.
