Liverpool FC head coach Arne Slot has revealed he bumped into Wayne Rooney when he was in Ibiza.
The Reds boss is fond of the Spanish island and regularly holidays there whenever he has any downtime.
The 46-year-old celebrated Liverpool FC's league title win with a trip to Ibiza over the summer.
Ahead of the first game of the season, Slot has revealed he bumped into former Everton FC striker Rooney during his time on the party island.
Slot joked Rooney was keen to join the party after Liverpool FC sealed number 20.
He laughed: "He celebrated our league title in Liverpool." Fans took to the comments in stitches from Arne Slot's comment after the clip was shared on talkSPORT's Instagram channel.
Slot will return to the touchline tonight as Liverpool's bid to retain their Premier League crown gets underway against Bournemouth at Anfield.

After the Reds sealed their 20th title in April with a 5 - 1 win over Tottenham, Slot jetted off to Ibiza to bask in the glory of becoming a part of Liverpool's history.
A party was held in honour of Slot at famous club O Beach.
He posted a picture of himself with Slot on Instagram, with the caption reading: “Caption this #YWNA” accompanied by a heart and clap emoji.
The nightclub tycoon also posted a video of the Liverpool boss making his way to the DJ booth, with the caption: “No words.
He may be champion of the league, but I am the champion of Ibiza.” Slot refreshed the batteries in Ibiza last summer before his maiden year as Liverpool boss.
The manager is often in Ibiza and Liverpool fans have taken to social media to brand him a Scouser for the way he loves his time in the Balearic Islands.
One said: “This man loves partying, so it's only right he brings us our 21st Premier League and number seventh Champions League.
