Liverpool could be exploring the market to sign a versatile 23-year-old who wants to join the club as Arne Slot’s first transfer.

Arne Slot will be coming in as a head-coach not as a manager of Liverpool.

Even though Slot will not have too much control in who Liverpool bring in, one player who he has worked with and who could definitely be on the club’s radar is Lutsharel Geertruida.

That versatility makes him an attractive prospect for Liverpool and someone who could really fit into Slot’s squad.

On top of that, it seems that Geertruida himself would be very open to moving to Anfield.

According to a report by the Dutch Telegraaf, Geertruida would love to join Arne Slot at Liverpool.

He could be a good addition to the squad, but Liverpool do have some other priorities to sort out first.
