Arsenal have made a final decision on forward Leandro Trossard with the transfer window still open across Europe.
Trossard was handed an improved Arsenal deal back in August, which gave the Belgian a pay rise but no increase in his length of stay at Emirates Stadium.
The 30 year olds contract runs out in 2027, and Arsenal could have cashed in earlier this summer on Trossard amid interest from Bayern Munich and Premier League club’s.
Trossard has only played 38 minutes for Arsenal this season against Leeds, after being an unused substitute against Manchester United and Liverpool.

As per Fabrizio Romano on X [6 September], a Trossard exit is not planned by Arsenal and they intend to keep the Belgian at the club.
This is despite Turkish club Besiktas showing interest in the forward, but Romano states “a move to Turkish Super Lig has no chance of happening now.”
Trossard also faces increased competition in attack at Arsenal following their summer transfer business.
