Arsenal are hard at work getting a number of signings over the line as the first deadline of the summer comes into view.
All Premier League clubs have to abide by two different transfer windows this summer for the first time due to the Club World Cup.
The first is set to close on Tuesday June 10.
And Spaniard Kepa could very quickly be followed by another of his international teammates.
Arsenal have been chasing Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi for some time and looked likely to sign him this summer.
The North London side were previously the favourites to sign Zubimendi but are now facing late competition from Real Madrid.

It appears likely that any deal for his signature now might have to wait for the summer’s second transfer window that opens on June 16.
Meanwhile, there’s also new contracts on the agenda, with Gabriel having become the latest to commit his future to the club.
