Bayer Leverkusen have issued a clear message as Liverpool continue to pursue a deal for Florian Wirtz.
The Reds have been heavily linked with signing Wirtz for the past couple of weeks and are still in talks with the Bundesliga club over what would be a club-record deal.
Liverpool recently had a £109mmilion bid rejected by Leverkusen for the 22-year-old, but still remain in negotiations over a deal to bring Wirtz to Anfield this summer.
There is confidence with the Reds that a deal for Wirtz can be agreed over the next few days.
Wirtz is thought to be valued at around £125million by Leverkusen, with it evident that the German club hold the playmaker in high regard.

It was on Tuesday when the playmaker hit back at reports that had claimed he wanted the No.10 shirt if he was to sign for Liverpool.
Wirtz is currently with the Germany squad for the Nations League semi-final fixture against Portugal, and head coach Julian Nagelsmann recently addressed the speculation linking the Leverkusen star with a move to Liverpool.
