Benjamin Sesko has left the door open to a potential summer transfer as speculation grows about a move to Liverpool.
The Reds are one of a host of clubs being linked with the RB Leipzig striker, who has 21 goals and six assists in 43 appearances this season.
Sesko’s comments come amid reports that Liverpool, along with a number of its Premier League rivals, is preparing an opening offer for Sesko.
According to Caught Offside, the Reds, Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea are all said to be getting offers ready for the Slovenia international, who has a release clause in excess of $91 million, as per Sky Germany.
It's suggested though that interested clubs are looking to negotiate a fee closer to $80 million, with Hinze suggesting that Liverpool wouldn’t actually need to trigger Sesko’s clause, depending on the offer.

Liverpool.com says: Sesko certainly looks a more realistic option than the likes of Isak and Alvarez, and if those two aren’t available, he might well be the best option on offer to Liverpool this summer.
Isak would still be most fans’ choice if there is a chance of landing him, which might well depend on whether Newcastle gets Champions League football next season, which is looking fairly likely at this point.
Sesko then might be the man to go for, and given the numbers he’s producing at his age, he certainly looks like the real deal.
If nothing else, it might be worth Liverpool going for him just to make sure none of its rivals can get him.
