Leeds tipped to 'definitely' win Struijk red card appeal after BBC update - pundit Gabby Agbonlahor has backed Leeds United to be successful in their appeal to overturn Pascal Struijk’s red card against Liverpool.

“It wasn’t really a dangerous challenge.

If it was a smaller player with smaller legs it probably would not have had the impact that he did.

It’s a harsh red card, he didn’t mean to do it.

“Harvey Elliott even came out and said he didn’t mean it so yes, definitely, it should be rescinded.” In other news, it can be revealed Leeds United inserted a sell-on clause into a deal after selling a player for free.

The 18-year-old took to Instagram to reply to a post from 433 saying he “never felt it was a red card”.

Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, the ex-Aston Villa and England attacker insisted Harvey Elliott’s claim that he knew it was an accident means Leeds should win their appeal.
