Former Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has reportedly made a decision on his future at Celtic amid ongoing speculation of a potential exit.

Rodgers returned to the Scottish Premiership giants in 2023, having previously enjoyed a successful three-year spell which came to an end back in 2019.

Rodgers spent a little over three years as Liverpool manager from 2012 to 2015, replacing club legend Sir Kenny Dalglish before going on to be replaced by Jurgen Klopp.

The Northern Irishman has since enjoyed two spells as Celtic boss and a four-year stint as Leicester City manager.

Celtic have endured a difficult start to the season but are still top of the Scottish Premiership table with 10 points from four matches and are level with Hearts.

Bitter rivals Glasgow Rangers are already six points adrift of the Hoops and are in seventh place.

It was on Sunday that Celtic were held to a goalless draw with Rangers, which came days after the club were eliminated from Champions League qualification in the play-offs at the hands of Kazakhstan outfit FC Kairat.

A report from Football Insider has provided insight into Rodgers' future at Celtic amid speculation that he could leave Parkhead.

The report claims only a "big offer" could tempt the former Liverpool boss to leave Scotland, with suggestions that it would need to be a move to a Premier League club.

It has been stated, though, that Rodgers has no plans to leave Celtic at this moment in time despite his contract being set to expire at the end of the campaign.
