Thousands of Liverpool fans have gathered at Anfield ahead of the highly anticipated match against Tottenham this afternoon.
Outside the stadium, which is expected to be a focal point of excitement, fans are arriving in droves, both at Anfield and in the city centre, to watch Liverpool take on Tottenham in a game that could be significant for a generation of supporters.
Fans began pouring into Anfield early in the afternoon, with hundreds gathering in the city.

The Reds' supporters soon broke into lively renditions of the famous terrace chants, including "Allez Allez Allez" and the song for Luis Díaz with "In Barrancas, a young dreamer with a ball at his feet" ringing out.

ECHO reporter Emilia Bona spoke to some fans outside Anfield.
Beryl Mullins, 73, has been attending matches since she was 10 years old.
She mentioned that she’s too nervous to join in singing “We’ve won the league” until the game is officially decided.
Beryl created a trophy during Liverpool’s last league victory and has removed the writing from it, preparing to place “20” on it, but she’s too superstitious to do so just yet.

Isabella, her mother Anne-Marie, and Gina travelled from Leeds and are dedicated Liverpool fans who attend as many games as possible.
Gina predicts a 3-0 scoreline, with goals from Salah, Mac Allister, and Díaz.
Bjorn Kristinsson and his 13-year-old son Einar have come all the way from Iceland for the game.

This is Einar’s first-ever visit to Anfield, and his verdict is: “It’s really cool.”
