Man United star Bruno Fernandes shared a reaction to Leny Yoro’s latest message amid a transfer update.

Man United have had a poor start to the season, with an early Carabao Cup exit to Grimsby and just one Premier League victory to their name so far.

Fernandes himself had been linked with a Man United exit throughout the summer, with Saudi Pro League clubs such as Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr showing interest.

Recent reports revealed Fernandes could leave Man United if they suffer another poor season in the Premier League.

Still, the captain was active on social media to show support to Leny Yoro, who was called up to the France under-21s, acknowledging the youngster’s latest post.

Fernandes backed Yoro in his latest update on Instagram after the defender started in France’s 3-0 victory over Serbia.

He posted multiple photos with a caption that simply said: “National stuff” with a hashtag that read: “God Did”.

The Portuguese reacted to the post by leaving a like on the message, and was joined by Bryan Mbeumo and Ayden Heaven.

Yoro has performed well for Man United so far this season, despite the team’s wider struggles in the campaign.

The 19-year-old has been trusted to start every game so far, forming a partnership with Matthijs de Ligt at the back.

Meanwhile, Fernandes continues to show support for his teammates publicly, underlining the leadership qualities that convinced Amorim to block any potential sale of the captain this summer.

Football Insider revealed that Amorim was “determined” for Fernandes to stay, despite a potential sale to a Saudi Pro League club.

United’s poor start to the season has left Amorim under increasing pressure from supporters.

While the club are not expected to rush into any decision, contingency plans are already being considered behind the scenes.

Football Insider revealed that Unai Emery is a top target for Man United should he leave his position at Aston Villa.

It is understood United’s hierarchy has been impressed with Emery and his progress with Villa, and will emerge as a serious option should results fail to improve with Amorim.
