Man United are concerned that Bryan Mbuemo is significantly behind his new teammates since arriving at Old Trafford.
The Cameroonian winger completed his move to Old Trafford this summer, becoming the second attacking player to be added after Matheus Cunha joined from Wolves.
The two new men are expected to occupy the two number 10 positions in Ruben Amorim’s 3-4-2-1 tactical set-up.

And the new duo may become a trio, completely revamping the club’s dismal attack from last season, if Man United are successful in their bid for Benjamin Sesko.
However, thanks to a delay in completing his move to Manchester, some concerns have cropped up surrounding Mbeumo’s fitness levels.
As reported by The Athletic, Mbeumo has been the focus of “tailored attention”, following his move from Brentford.

The Cameroon international arrived from the Bees “without a pre-season”, and is seen as being “two weeks” behind his team-mates at United.

Mbeumo played 45 minutes in a 2-2 draw with Everton on Sunday, 3 August, his only appearance of the Red Devils’ tour of the USA.
The 25-year-old has been doing extra sessions with United’s youth players to make up for the lack of game time, being put through their paces at “match intensity”.
Football Insider Verdict
The decision to have Mbeumo work out with the youth team players on extra sessions comes as no surprise.
Given the delay to his move and Amorim’s meticulous approach, the Cameroonian winger may take some time to adjust.
However, his versatility at Brentford and ability to adapt on the fly are part of what makes him such a special player, and it will not be long before we see Mbeumo at his best in a United shirt.

But despite some significant outlays, there remain issues with Amorim’s squad that need addressing before the season begins.
Not only is a new striker desperately needed, but some new central midfielders would go a long way to helping avoid another 15th place finish next season.
Morten Hjulmand is wanted by Amorim at Man United, and the midfielder’s energy and understanding of the tactical system in place at the club would make him the perfect signing.
