Ireland defender Megan Campbell is leaving Liverpool Republic of Ireland international Megan Campbell is on the lookout for a new club after Liverpool confirmed that she would be one of six players released at the end of their current contracts. The 30-year-old from Drogheda had been on Merseyside since 2021 and made well over 20 appearances for the club having joined following a five-year spell at Manchester City.

Meanwhile more Irish players are on the lookout for new clubs, including midfielder Ruesha Littlejohn. The 32-year-old had several injuries issues during her two years with Aston Villa and is now departing. Brighton have also confirmed Megan Connolly and Megan Walsh are also free agents after their contracts expired.
