Celtic supporters are starting to make there feelings known following a disastrous transfer window for the Hoops.



Brendan Rodgers was left frustrated in the transfer window, with Celtic signing Kelechi Iheanacho as a free agent after deadline day.



Questions have been aimed at the Celtic board for their lack of urgency supporting Rodgers, with attacking frailties shown in their shock Champions League exit to Kairat Almaty and in a 0-0 draw with Glasgow rivals Rangers.



Supporters are now venting their frustrations, with many believing the club have not kicked on following a successful campaign last time out.

As per the Daily Record [3 September], Celtic fans are “threatening to boycott” Europa League fixtures, after fan groups signed an open letter demanding answers from the board.

The groups have stated “The time for silence is over,” as they set out a list of questions they want answers to surrounding the transfer window and accountability of football related decisions.



They state fans have “repeatedly been ignored,” demanding “full transparency from the board regarding its repeated failure to back the manager and reinvest our money into the playing squad.”

As fans demand accountability and future significant investment into the squad, the transfer window may be the last for Rodgers.

The manager walked in his previous stint at Celtic mid-way through the season, and there are concerns he could do again.
