Chelsea have agreed a deal that will see two of their players make the move to German side Borussia Dortmund.

Enzo Maresca’s side have spent heavily in the transfer window so far this summer, adding the likes of Joao Pedro, Liam Delap, and Jamie Gittens.

However, the Blues have also recouped a lot of the money through player sales, bringing in over £70million from Noni Madueke’s move to Arsenal and Djordje Petrovic’s switch to Bournemouth.

Now, Chelsea are set to confirm another two exits, as they continue to refine their squad before the transfer deadline.

Carney Chukwuemeka spent the second half of last season on loan at Dortmund from Chelsea, making 10 league appearances and scoring one goal.

Now it seems as if the 21-year-old will be making a permanent switch to the Bundesliga side and leaving Stamford Bridge for good.

According to Sky Sports Germany’s Patrick Berger, Chelsea have reached a full agreement with Dortmund for the sale of Chukweumeka, in a deal worth around £20m.

Niko Kovac’s side will also receive young defender Anselmino on loan as part of the package, but there is no buy option for the 19-year-old.

Both players are set to fly to Germany today ahead of their medicals.

Meanwhile, Nicolas Jackson is expected to leave Chelsea before the end of the transfer window as Unai Emery tries to bring him to Aston Villa, sources have told Football Insider.

Football Insider revealed on 22 August that Aston Villa won’t be able to meet Jackson’s £60million price tag at Stamford Bridge, but Emery remains hopeful that he can seal a reunion with his former charge.

New signings Delap and Pedro have superseded Jackson in the pecking order at Chelsea, and his future is increasingly uncertain with Newcastle and Aston Villa locked in a multi-club race to sign him.

Sources have told Football Insider that Emery and Jackson‘s relationship remains a good one, and those links could prove crucial to Villa’s hopes of signing the striker.
