Liverpool will make their first appearance as newly crowned Premier League champions at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, where Chelsea’s hopes of securing Champions League qualification hang in the balance.

The Reds’ 5-1 demolition of Tottenham Hotspur last weekend sealed their 20th English top-flight title, equaling Manchester United’s record, while Chelsea sit fifth in the table, clinging to a Champions League spot by a thread.

Amid the buildup, questions linger over Conor Bradley’s absence from Liverpool’s title-clinching squad, with the young defender not featuring against Tottenham.

The 21-year-old right-back, who has filled in admirably during Alexander-Arnold’s injury spells, suffered a minor knock in training ahead of the Spurs clash.

The Northern Irishman’s season has been marred by intermittent fitness issues, including a hamstring tear in February that sidelined him for six weeks.

But speaking to reporters in his pre-Chelsea press conference, Arne Slot confirmed that the right-back will be back in the squad at Stamford Bridge:

“He will train today, we expect him to be available, doesn’t mean he will start but if all goes well over the weekend, he will be in the squad,” Slot said.
