Crystal Palace have made a major decision over Marc Guehi amid continued interest from Liverpool.

The Reds have been heavily linked with signing the England international this summer as they look to strengthen their centre-back options.

Liverpool have been in talks with Palace over a deal to sign Guehi this summer.



Palace are taking on Fredrikstad in their Conference League play-off fixture on Thursday night and have made a decision that may be of interest to Liverpool.

Palace boss Oliver Glasner has included Guehi in the starting line-up to face Fredrikstad this evening, with the defender also wearing the captain's armband.

Palace have also chosen not to include Eberechi Eze in the squad for the clash against Fredrikstad.
