After making a remarkably accurate prediction for Bayern Munich's Champions League semi-final clash against Real Madrid, Daniel Sturridge was unable to repeat the feat for Borussia Dortmund's meeting with Paris Saint-Germain.

Shortly before Real's trip to Munich, Sturridge accurately predicted both Bayern goalscorers as he wrote on social media: "Sane will be a big problem tonight.



Sturridge then shared his prediction for the first leg of Dortmund vs PSG the next day, but that fell wide of the mark.

However, Dortmund ultimately beat PSG 1-0 thanks to a goal from Niclas Fullkrug and Sturridge acknowledged his prediction was "miles off it".

Reflecting on the win, Dortmund boss Edin Terzic insisted his side have "nothing more" than a "small advantage for the return leg".
