Liverpool striker Darwin Nunez has become the center of Napoli’s transfer plans as the Italian side pushes ahead with a new bid.

According to reports (via  Gianluca Di Marzio), Napoli have submitted an offer worth €50 million plus €5 million in bonuses, hoping to land the Uruguayan forward ahead of the 2025/26 season.



While Napoli’s bid is serious, Liverpool are expected to hold out for closer to €60–70 million.

As it stands, there is a gap between the offer and what the Reds want — and time is ticking as the new season nears.

Conte believes Nunez has the power and pace to lead Napoli’s attack.

But only if the price is right.

If Napoli increases their bid or adds better bonus terms, Liverpool may agree to sell.

If not, Nunez could still be part of Arne Slot’s vision — at least for now.
