Welcome to our Liverpool.com media watch piece. Maybe not the first, we've definitely done transfer round-ups before, and European round-ups, so I guess in some ways it's not that new at all. Anyway, we thought we would enter the world of football in a broad and roundabout manner for you and have some fun with some of the stories and captions doing the daily rounds.

The Pigeon is at it again

Richarlison doesn't like Liverpool, does he? The self-titled "pigeon", who refers to himself as such in third person tones, was quick to post a picture of himself with Real Madrid forward Vinícius Júnior after his brace against the Reds last night. Bless him, he's really taken Thiago blanking his Instagram message badly. Either that or he's bored in the house on a Tuesday night, but then where else would he be on a Champions League night?

Richarlison was having a lovely Tuesday night in the house.

De Bruyne 2025

Kevin De Bruyne has signed a new Manchester City deal to take him to 2025, at which point he''ll be 34-years-old and therefore one would imagine this will be his last deal at the Etihad. I say that, but there's every chance he's still got the game on a string and City are somehow still unbeaten from this season. Nevertheless an interesting deal, and one which was never in any doubt, not really.

Champions League probability revealed

Using FiveThirtyEight's prediction model, Liverpool now have a five percent chance of going on to win the Champions League this season (ouch). What is slightly stranger is Bayern Munich's 16 percent odds, just under Chelsea's 14. Real Madrid have an apparent 18 percent chance while City are favourites with 39. Poor PSG only have a four percent chance before kicking a quarter-final ball, if you think we have it bad.

Grujic insight

Marko Grujic, Liverpool's peripheral midfielder, is set to be in action tonight for Porto against Chelsea, and he sat down with Neil Jones at Goal to discuss his season and the tie, which had some interesting takes, ahead of this evening's encounter.
