Arsenal winger Gabriel Martinelli broke his silence on social media amid ongoing speculation over a potential transfer away.
Martinelli has suffered a tough start to the season after a poor performance against Liverpool and being left on the bench against Leeds as an unused substitute.
Mikel Arteta’s attack lacked consistency, which saw them finish second in the Premier League for the third year running last term, but with Arsenal signing Eberechi Eze, he looks set to deploy on the left flank.
The Brazilian’s future had come under speculation in the summer, but reports suggest that Arsenal decided against selling Martinelli after clubs would only reach £40 million, despite their £60m asking price.
Following the latest reports, the winger has posted on social media, as his current focus isn’t on club football.

Players are on international duty, and Martinelli started in the frontline for Brazil as they beat Chile 3-0.
The winger posted on Instagram after the win with a simple message that read: “Great victory”.
He saw plenty of reaction to the message, with Newcastle’s Bruno Guimaraes and Rodrigo Muniz commenting with heart emojis.
Other players such as Joao Pedro, Declan Rice and Gabriel Magalhaes dropped a like on the message.

The winger didn’t contribute during the match, but his Premier League counterparts had an impact, as Lucas Paqueta, Guimaraes and Estevao all scored for Brazil on the night.
Despite Martinelli’s poor form for Arsenal, the 24-year-old was chosen ahead of the likes of Rodrygo or Savinho, who were both not included in the squad.
While Arsenal opted to keep Martinelli this summer despite strong interest, his place in the squad remains far from guaranteed.
The arrival of Eze has added further competition for spots, with Leandro Trossard also fighting for minutes.
Reports suggest that Besiktas are eyeing a move for the Belgian [Fabrizio Romano], but Arsenal had recently agreed a new deal with Trossard for better salary terms instead of an extension.
Still, it seems as if there are still suitors for both players, with at least one of Martinelli or Trossard potentially facing an uncertain future.
