Liverpool return to Premier League action tonight as they make the trip across Stanley Park to face Everton.

The Reds go to Goodison Park to take on the Blues in the latest instalment of the Merseyside derby. Liverpool go into the fixture on the back of a 3-1 win over Fulham at the weekend.

Arsenal and Manchester City will also be in midweek action in the Premier League this week. As a result, Liverpool will be determined to get three points on the board in this rearranged fixture in their bid to keep their title dreams alive.

However, the Reds will be without a number of players for tonight's game, with Diogo Jota the latest name to be added to the injury list. And the ECHO has taken a look at Liverpool's current injury list and return dates ahead of tonight's game.

Diogo Jota

Diogo Jota is set to miss tonight's Merseyside derby with a hip injury he sustained against Fulham.

Jota only recently returned from a knee injury earlier this month but is now expected to be on the sidelines for the next two weeks. Liverpool will hope to have Jota back in the matchday squad before the end of the season.

“He [Jota] will be out for two weeks," Klopp told reporters on Tuesday. "Besides that, no (other new injuries). I cannot really say a lot about it to be honest.

“Before the game, he didn’t start, he got a knock. Normal challenge, bam, and felt a little bit in the hip. And that was then fine.

“We didn’t start him, brought him on and that was alright. And then he started the last game. Was obviously okay but then, with the finish.

“It’s a small one, but we are late in the season. Obviously, it’s now not a great moment for each injury pretty much. It’s not a big one. It’s two weeks. Pretty much nothing but enough to not be available.”

Potential return date: Early May

Conor Bradley

Conor Bradley is currently recovering from an ankle injury he sustained against Crystal Palace on March 14.

Bradley is expected to be on the sidelines for a couple of weeks, but an exact return date is yet to be determined. Liverpool will hope to have the right-back return to the matchday squad early next month.

Potential return date: May

Thiago Alcantara

Thiago Alcantara is currently recovering from a hamstring injury he suffered in the defeat to Arsenal on February 4.

He featured for just five minutes in the defeat at the Emirates Stadium, in what is his only appearance of the campaign so far. It remains to be seen if Thiago will feature again for Liverpool before his contract expires at the end of the season.

Potential return date: Unknown

Stefan Bajcetic

Stefan Bajcetic is nearing a return after struggling with injury throughout the campaign.

Bajcetic has featured just twice for the Reds this term, with his last appearance coming last September. The midfielder has been stepping up his return to full fitness and made an appearance for Liverpool's Under-21s against Sunderland on Monday.

Potential return date: May

Joel Matip

Joel Matip has been recovering from an ACL injury he sustained back in December against Fulham at Anfield.

Matip was initially expected to be ruled out for the remainder of the season while he recovered from the injury. The centre-back's contract is set to expire this summer, with it unclear as to whether or not he will make another appearance for the Reds.

Potential return date: Unknown

Ben Doak

Ben Doak has been recovering from a knee injury he sustained back in December during an appearance for the club's Under-21s.

No timeframe has been given for when Liverpool expect to have Doak return to full fitness. It's unclear if the 18-year-old will feature again for the Reds before the end of the season.
