Sadio Mane has paid a new tribute to Diogo Jota after the Liverpool forward was tragically killed in a car crash in the early hours of Thursday (July 3), along with his brother, Andre Silva.
The pair had been driving across Spain in order to catch a ferry to return to Merseyside for the start of the Reds' pre-season only for their vehicle to veer off the road following a tyre blowout.
Jota and Silva were laid to rest in their hometown of Gondomar on Saturday (July 5) with the majority of the Liverpool squad travelling to Portugal for the pair’s funeral.
A number of former Reds team-mates were also in attendance including Jordan Henderson, James Milner, Fabinho, Thiago Alcantara and Caoimhin Kelleher.
