Dominik Szoboszlai confirmed his partner was expecting a baby back in May with a celebration fitting of the situation, as he sucked on his thumb and put the ball under his top.
The celebration followed his goal, as he rifled home a shot to put Liverpool 2-1 up at half-time against Brighton.
A game they ended up losing, but little did it matter, as Liverpool had already become Premier League champions.
The 24-year-old joined Liverpool in the summer of 2023 and has become a key part of Liverpool’s midfield.
The system that Arne Slot will deploy next season remains to be seen, as the introduction of Florian Wirtz could see Dominik Szoboszlai’s time on the pitch potentially limited.

In March of this year, he got married to his partner, and just two months later he was lifting the Premier League title with a focus of winning even more silverware in 2025/26.
