Dominik Szoboszlai's girlfriend has sent the footballer a message of support after he played in a World Cup qualifier game against Portugal last night.

The Hungarian international captains the country and is a key player in the national side.

The midfielder has also proved vital for the Reds since their Premier League campaign kicked off last month.



Liverpool secured a 1-0 victory over Premier League rivals Arsenal in a gripping game at Anfield on Sunday, August 31, meaning the side went into the International break top of the table.



Szoboszlai scored the only goal of the match, lifting the roof of Anfield after a thunderous free-kick landed in the top corner from more than 30 yards out.

His wife shared a video of the Premier League player to Instagram Stories last night, showing her support before the 3-2 defeat to Portugal.

The video of Szoboszlai shaking hands with Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo was captioned "Your moment baby", the Liverpool FC player married Borka Buzsik in a ceremony in March this year.

Szoboszlai's wife, Borka, has a degree in business administration and management in 2022 from Corvinus University of Budapest and now has a successful career.

As well as being an influencer, she is a specialist in marketing and public relations.

Szoboszlai joined Liverpool from RB Leipzig in 2023 and has gone on to be a key player for the the Reds.

The Hungarian was a key player in Arne Slot's side last season as the Reds went on to lift their 20th league title.

The Kop favourite will be returning to Premier League action on Sunday, September 14, as Liverpool take on Burnley away from home.
